The App Store release

Orbky isn’t on the App Store yet. It’s coming soon, and Orbky Pro comes with that release. Nothing is sold before then.

Delete your account

1. Open Orbky on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings › Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account, synced data and files are removed right away; backups roll off within 7 days. If you used Orbky as a guest, your data is only on your iPhone: deleting the app removes it. If you subscribe to Pro, cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings too, because Apple manages the subscription.

To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, email [email protected] from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy.

Common questions

An agent says it needs a key.

Add a key for that provider in Settings, or pick an agent model you have a key for. Keys stay in your iPhone’s Keychain.

How do I link my Mac?

On your iPhone, open Settings › Your Mac › Link your Mac to get a six-digit code. On the Mac, enter it in Orbky’s settings under Orbky Cloud. The code works once, for 10 minutes.

Agents can’t use my Mac’s screen.

Check that screen control is on in Orbky’s settings on the Mac and that the Mac is online. macOS also asks you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility for Orbky Control.
