- Do I need API keys?
- On Free, yes: add a key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Moonshot or OpenRouter, and you pay that provider for what you use. Apple’s on-device model needs no key on iPhones with Apple Intelligence. Keys stay in your iPhone’s Keychain. Pro’s included AI works without keys.
- Where does my data live?
- With an account, your chats, agents, notes and other Life data sync through Orbky Cloud, hosted in Frankfurt, and your files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Your keys, calendar, reminders and bank message text stay on your iPhone. As a guest, everything stays on your iPhone. The privacy policy has the details.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. Apple manages the subscription: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds go through Apple.
- When can I get Pro?
- With the App Store release. Until then, Orbky is free.
